Editorial Intelligence for the AI era
I'm a content strategist and editorial intelligence practitioner working at the intersection of research, narrative and knowledge systems.
My work focuses on helping organisations transform what they already know into connected narratives, reusable frameworks and strategic assets that compound in value over time.
The ideas on this site emerged from practical work — most extensively at Sage, where programmes like Hidden Hours, Customer Stories and Trusted AI developed into something beyond content campaigns: knowledge systems designed to strengthen with every new cycle of evidence.
Editorial Intelligence OS is where I document that work, develop the underlying framework and build the tools that make the discipline repeatable.
What this site is
This site is a living knowledge platform. Every narrative, framework and article is connected to others through shared signals and themes. The goal is to demonstrate connected thinking — not isolated pages, but a system where each piece makes the others more valuable.
It is also Version 1 of an evolving framework. The Editorial Intelligence methodology will be refined as new evidence is added.
Writing portfolio
My published work — articles, research narratives and editorial projects — is collected on Authory.
