Build

The website and the publishing system are different products.

I can build the public website an audience experiences, the editorial and knowledge system that sits behind an existing publication, or both as one connected stack.

The distinction matters because a team can have an excellent website and a weak publishing operating model — or a strong internal publishing system sitting behind a site that no longer represents what the organisation knows.

Operating model

AI-native publishing system

Turn an existing publication into a living corpus that AI can retrieve, challenge and maintain without becoming the source of truth.

Knowledge architecture, AI instructions, routing, review gates, revision history, provenance and a continuous-publishing workflow.

Commission separately or together

durable knowledge → editorial workflow → AI layer → publishing platform → public website

A combined engagement can connect the whole stack, but the default is not to sell complexity. If the existing website is good enough, keep it and improve the publishing system. If the internal process works but the public site is the constraint, build the website.

Not sure which problem you have?

Send me the current site and a short description of how publishing works today. I can help separate the public-experience problem from the operating-system problem before deciding what is worth building.
